Exhibition On Islamic Calligraphy Coming To Malaysian Cities

KUALA LUMPUR, March 27 (Bernama) -- The High Commission of India, in association with the Rampur Raza Library, will present a photography exhibition of 40 rare specimens of Islamic calligraphy here next month.

In a statement, the mission said it was part of the inaugural Festival of India in Malaysia taking place from mid-March to end of June.

The exhibition opens on April 12 at the Malaysiana Hall, Museum of Asian Art, Universiti Malaya. It runs until April 28.

It will then be held in Kota Baharu, Kelantan (May 7-23) before moving to Kuantan and Melaka in June.
