Prince Hotel Introduces Culinary Duo Of Barcelona Through 'The Many Flavours of Spain'

KUALA LUMPUR -- Coming 31 October to 9 November 2014, Eccucino is prepared to give its diners an extraordinary and tongue-tingling gourmet experience as Prince Hotel & Residence KL welcomes culinary guest chef Jordi Gimeno to team up with Chef de cuisine Jason Manson to present 'The Many Flavours of Spain'.

During the 10-day extravaganza, the amazing duo will serve up a wide spectrum of mouth-watering Spanish cuisine and wines with the "The Many Flavours of Spain" dinner menu, topped with live cooking demonstrations.

Friday, 31 October 2014 is the date you might want to save in your calendar where true epicures would not want to miss 'The Many Flavours of Spain' that would be introduced during launch and to be followed with a passionate flamenco performance and the servings of exquisite dishes by Chef Jordi.

A culinary master bringing 'the best of the sea and its products', diners can expect all time favourites such as Tapas to the more exotic selections like, Black Rice, Sea and Mountain Paella, Gazpacho and many more, and the choice to savour it all with the popular fruit-infused Sangria.

Diners will also be able to discover and learn more about Spanish food through individually crafted food tags which will also include the recipes of these scrumptious dishes!
