MDeC Lets Youth To Explore Mobile Apps Development At KL Converge

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 18 -- "Teenagers love to play games, so why not creating it themselves," according to Caspian, the founder of Caspian Technology.

Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) has provided the opportunities towards youth and one of the platforms is through The Mobile Apps Development Camp for Teens.

Through this camp, teenagers are able to create games using their own creativity and design using a software called GameSalad which allows its participants to create their own games for iPhone, iPad and web.

MDeC has invited Caspian as a trainer to guide the participants to create an interactive games from the scratch.

29 orphans age 12 to 17 years old from Pusat Jagaan Rumah Anak-Anak Yatim/miskin Taman Baiduri, Dengkil and Pusat Jagaan Baitus Sakinah Wal Mahabbah, Kota Warisan, Sepang are among the participants.

This two-day event was part of KL Converge, a multi-platform digital content and creative industry conference and exhibition taking place at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
