KUALA LUMPUR -- In conjunction with the upcoming Ramadhan month, the culinary team at Eccucino, Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur, is inviting guest over to celebrate food, culture and tradition while with Malaysian favorite local delicacies seen mostly at a local bazaar.

“Jom Makan” is a local vernacular that is being used largely here in Malaysia to pleasantly invite someone to dine with you.

Led by Chef Jason Manson, Eccucino Chef de Cuisine and Chef Zulkefli, Eccucino Junior Sous Chef, diners can look forward to an evening of Malaysian dining experience like no other as Eccucino is transformed into a local bazaar ambience ready to enchant you.

To further expand on the concept of “Jom Makan” buffet dinner, Executive Chef Donald Pezar commented saying, “This year, we are incorporating a Malaysian style dining concept into Eccucino as we think that Malaysians generally love this concept.

So today, they can now set out together and savor a local bazaar concept within the ease of our restaurant. It is also a fantastic opportunity for our foreign guests to experience this local lifestyle.”

More stalls serving local bazaar delicacies will be appended to this nightly buffet dinner in lodge to allow diners to truly experience this atmosphere.

“We are transforming our part-cochère where diners can freely go around and interact with our chefs. The idea is to allow diners to feel like they are at a local bazaar with plenty of ongoing action.

It will decidedly be a memorable dining experience and we are equally charged up about it, “ added the Donald Pezar again.

The Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur, ‘Jom Makan' nightly buffet dinner to start from 30 June until 25 July 2014.
