Bursa launches 'Great Bull Hunt' Online Game

KUALA LUMPUR -- Bursa Malaysia Bhd has launched an online game, 'The Great Bursa Bull Hunt', to create trading and investment related conversations amongst Malaysians.
Targeted at the young, the contest, which is open to all Malaysians above 18 years old, aims to raise retail understanding of the country's capital market.

"The Great Bursa Bull Hunt is the first of our Bull themed series of events and activities planned for this year.

"Our intention is to engage our retail audience in a manner that they are familiar with, and these initiatives have to be accessible and inclusive," Chief Executive Officer Datuk Tajuddin Atan said in a statement April 1, Tuesday.

He said the internet is the best way for the local bourse to reach its target audience.

The contest, organised by Bursa Malaysia in partnership with Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd and Malacca Securities, comprises the main contest and four weekly contests running from March 31 to April 27, 2014.
