UniSZA graduates' marketability rises to 92.4 per cent this year

KUALA NERUS, Dec 19 -- The marketability rate of Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) graduates increased to 92.4 per cent as of this December.

Its vice-chancellor, Prof Datuk Dr Hassan Basri Awang Mat Dahan said based on data from the university's Centre of Alumni, Entrepreneurship and Society Network, the number was an increase of 13.6 per cent compared to 78.8 per cent in December 2018.

"This success is the result of several initiatives and strategies implemented including smart collaboration with industry network," he said in a statement, here, today.

Of the total, 5.3 per cent or 179 graduates ventured into entrepreneurship.

"Unisza will continue to double its efforts in ensuring the graduates' marketability rate continue to rise by creating various types of programmes and collaborations with industries in the future," he said.
