TPC Kuala Lumpur Offers Lambaian Rasa For Ramadan

KUALA LUMPUR, March 14 (Bernama) -- Come Ramadan, TPC Kuala Lumpur will feature 22 classic food stalls themed Lambaian Rasa, reminiscent of the popular outdoor bazaars around Malaysia during the festive season.

In a statement, the golf club said Chef Abu Zaren Bakri, Chef Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahman and Chef Azmin Mohamed Burhan are joining forces to present a sumptuous poolside buffet spread over-looking the golf course.

Delectable kampung flavours such as Ayam Panggang Kuah Percik, Daging Dendeng Berempah, Ikan Tenggiri Goreng Berlada and Telur Itik Masak Lemak Cili Padi with Belimbing will be brought back including Kambing Panggang and the mouth-watering Lidah Bakar as among the highlights.

Other dishes such as Seafood Kava, Assam Laksa, Fried Carrot Cake, Popiah Basah, Assam Pedas Lok-Lok meanwhile, lighter and healthier choices such as Ulam-Ulam Kampung or variety of ready-made salads will be included in Lambaian Rasa.

Furthermore, savouring desserts such as Pulut Mangga with Santan, Strawberry Mousse, Cream Caramel, Sago Gula Melaka, Apam Balik, French Pastries and many more await its customers.....
